"Chef H" is a busy mom, pediatric dentist (Dr H), behavior analyst and dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. But she is never busy enough to share how she does it through these easy to follow video models of her meals. So what does this have to do with teeth? Well teeth are a part of our body but sadly concealed well, in a moist environment with many nooks and crannies. Teeth are coated with food and beverages every day and with several exposures. We generally remove the debris aka plaque with brushing and flossing but not as frequently as we eat. Hence bringing mindfulness to where the food journey starts, that is mouth is important. A healthy diet is important for healthy teeth, gums and the digestive system. In fact oral cavity is the start of the digestive tract isn't it? Our goal is to encourage home cooking with our children. This gives us not only delicious and nourishing meals but also exposure to a variety of cuisines and flavors. Cooperative cooking as a family is a fun exercise and bonding time. We care for the whole child not just teeth.
